Autumn began her employment with ARC Community Support Systems in June 2004 as a Developmental Trainer at the DT Center. In August 2008 she was promoted to a Program Manager and was assigned a case load of consumers to care for. Her responsibilities include writing individual program plans, as well as the many other activities associated with helping consumers meet their individual goals.
Autumn is a 1998 graduate of Stewardson-Strasburg High School and graduated from Sparks College in 2001 with a diploma in Court Reporting. She also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Greenville College in 2008.
For four years prior to working at ARC Community Support Systems Autumn managed a local assisted living facility.
Autumn is the mother of one son, Lucas.
